Payal Ghosh, who accused Anurag Kashyap of rape, has asked for filmmaker’s narco, lie detector and polygraph test. Payal, 30, wrote on Twitter, “Mr. Kashyap lied to the police in his statement. My lawyers will apply for Mr. Kashyap’s narco analysis, lie detector, and polygraph test to find out the truth. Justice. Applications will be filed in the police station for today. ” In his tweet, Payal has also tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.
Kashyap was questioned for 8 hours on Thursday
Anurag Kashyap was questioned for eight hours at the Versova police station in Mumbai on Thursday. They had reached the police station at 10.05 am and left after six in the evening. Police sources said that Anurag dismissed the allegations of sexual abuse of actress Payal Ghosh.
Anurag said that he never called Payal at his home in Versova. They know Payal professionally. But we have not met or met for a long time. During interrogation, Anurag also said that he was surprised when he came to know that Payal had accused him.
He told the police that all Payal’s allegations were false and baseless. There is absolutely no truth in them. This is a conspiracy against me. However, when the police asked who would conspire against them and why? Anurag could not give any clear answer about this.
Case under 4 sections against Anurag
A case has been registered against Anurag Kashyap under four sections. Section 376 (I) means rape, 354 i.e. assaulting a woman for breaching her dignity, 341 i.e. wrongly restraining a woman and 342 i.e. taking someone hostage. Of these, 376 are non-bailable sections.

On September 22, Payal conducted an FIR at Versova police station in Mumbai. Payal alleges that Anurag raped her in 2013 at a location on Curry Road in Versova.
